It is a strength that whispers instead of shouts.
A soft place to land inside your own life.

To be gentle with yourself means noticing when you are tired and choosing rest without guilt.
It means pausing long enough to hear what your body is asking for, even if what it needs is small—a sip of water, a stretch, a deep breath.

It is easy to think that self-care has to be something grand.
